I hope you have already read my post Kutti Puli Kootam Lyrics Modified for Chess Players. Following that creative idea, I have now modified part of the lyrics of the famous "Google Google" song from "Thuppakki".

The parts sung by Vijay(only) are modified, by me, portraying a female Chess Player. The modified lyrics is an act of creative imagination, hence it may not be entirely true or some facts may have been exaggerated.

Bottom Up Workout

This is a simple workout that I follow, also recommend you to, after being inactive for few weeks without exercising. This workout is simple enough to do, so that it won't be over-training; coming off of inactivity; but basic enough to get you on track, back into full form.

Training Split

Day 1: Chest, Biceps, Forearms & Abs.

Day 2: Back, Triceps & Lower-Back.

Day 3: Quads, Hams, Calves, Shoulders & Traps.

Day 4: Rest.

One day, about 5 years back, in college, our English teacher asked us, students, to write an essay or something along those lines about "Engineers" during the class. I came up with this Poem at that moment.

Nation Builders

Engineers are employed anywhere and everywhere,

Without them we might be somewhere,
Where there are no dresses to wear,
No information to share,
No free time to spare,
A Nation illed with despair.


But that is not the reality,
As we have the ability,
To make engineers and build the Nation.

You guide us, as a lighthouse,
Though our parents do it in house.

We have questions rarely.

I was exhausted,
Owing to the long commute,
And I was seated,

There she entered,

It was a moment of awe,

As she was there,

This is a Love poem that I wrote about 6/7 years ago, about Emma Watson, shortly after watching Harry Potter films 1 to 4 at a stretch.

My Full-Body Workout Routine

When I am not trying to gain much muscle, doing my Split Routine (My 5-Day Workout Split), and just want to trim down effectively, I do Full-Body Workouts.

Here is the Full-Body Workout Routine that I currently follow:

Chest:  Dumbbell Flyes(4 sets)
Back: Dumbbell Rows(4 sets)
Quads: Hack-Squats(4 sets)
Shoulders: Barbell Presses(3 sets)
Biceps: Concentration Curls(3 sets)
Triceps: Lying Dumbbell Extension(3 sets)
Abs: Crunches(3 sets)
Lower-back: Dead-lifts(3 sets)
Traps: Dumbbell Shrugs(3 sets)
Forearms: Hammer Curls(2 sets)
Wrist: Wrist Curls(2 sets)
Calves: Calf Raises(3 sets)
